Hi all...... I know I have been missing in action and not posted anything for a very long time but I'm hoping to get back into blogging and keep everyone posted of my latest crafty makes and all things fibro ....... My health has taken a nose dive and since Christmas I haven't been able to,sit up unsupported so cue a new fancy wheelchair. I have a salsa mini and I love it ! The seat is reclined so I'm supported and the controls are so easy to use I can turn on the spot ! I'm struggling with pain management at the moment but I'm trying to keep busy and keeping my crafting going.

So onto crafting .... I have kind of upgraded lol. I have made myself a dress ! Yes I said I MADE A DRESS !! What you think ? I'm already planning 2 more dresses one in bumble bee fabric and the other in unicorns 🦄💕 anyway that's me for today ! Off for a rest .love n hugs guys xx

well its been nealy a week since my last post and what a week...... ive started new pain medication and they are working a treat but i am in a constant state of sleepiness...... 

because of this ive not much to report really...... no crafting thats for sure..... 

i am starting a new diet plan this week which leaves me completly grain free, no processed foods, no sugar and little to no fruit....... but i am uping extra virgin coconut oil ,which i will add to my coffee , lots of eggs, meat and green veg. Fingers crossed it too will help my pain control , will give me more energy and lastly lose some weight........... 

im aslo going back to aqua aerobics.... the water is great for my joints but i get very tired ,very quickly..... but least i can say im having a go :)

well i hope it has been happy :) 

i started my day with scrambled eggs and bacon ..... its a Wheat Belly thing you see........ Whats wheat belly i hear you ask..... well its a new lifestyle  ( i did not say diet ). i have chosen to go grain free, low carb and eat as natural as possible..... this is ment to make my symptoms of Fibromyalgia easier to manage....... less pain, more energy and better digestive system. 

Too early to tell if its going to work but ive lost an inch off my waist and 4 lb in weight..... tummy doesnt bloat like it use to ,but as for the Fibro pain well thats still making its presence known . Not to mention that my body hasnt got the idea of more energy yet... i still need my afternoon nap to get me through the day........ 
So after a morning of visiting garden centres looking  for a draw hoe ( i have no idea what it is ) with my hubby Ian , needless to say i am exhausted...... OH i didnt tell you about my Hubby. He is the special man in my life. My friend, my lover , my partner in crime and my full time carer....... hes the one that picks me up off the floor after fall, the one that cuddles me when i get sad and frustrated and the one that makes me laugh everyday  :)

 
Anyway we never found this elusive draw hoe so we gave up, came home for a cuppa. its normally at these relaxing moments that i start to get sleepy and yep you guessed it i had my afternoon nap....

Ive just woken to the smell of roasting pork and veggies bubbling away . mmmmm food !!

Evening everyone....... hope you are all staying safe and warm in this horrible weather....... 

i havent posted in quite a while but decided i wanted to get back to logging my thoughts and events as well as my crafty makes...... 

So this is me ...... im 39 this year which doesnt seem right as mentally i still feel very young and vunrable........ and my body feels like im 80 with aches and pains and not doing as it is told..... 
thats because of Fibromyalgia.... and a silly brain that doesnt no how to message my right leg (hence the wheelchair). 

When im not sleeping i like to cross stitch .This Fairy on the moon is one of my favourites :) 
I have also just started an interest in sewing.... My gorgeous hubby bought me a sewing machine for christmas so im looking into quilting and  toys or anything pretty. 

My first go at a sewing project was to make a comfort quilt for a special little girl that is fighting cancer..... she is having proton treatment in america and has taken the quilt with her. i asked my online stitchty friends to cross stitch a girly design and send it to me and this is what we came up with. winky wonky lines but adds character lol dont you think?
 

im planning my next project already but its all a bit hush hush as going to be a present for a special friend. 

anyway thats my first post. hope i havent bored you too much.....
